Dress Code

Our dress code is smart casual. We ask that guests avoid overly revealing outfits, as our staff reserves the right to deny entry to those not meeting this standard. Please note that slippers and beach sliders are not permitted.

Smoking

Please note that the terrace is strictly non-smoking. We appreciate your cooperation in respecting this policy for everyone’s comfort.

Age Policy

We welcome children over the age of 12 until 6pm, after which Florattica becomes 18+ only, and valid physical ID may be required.

Photography

Whilst we welcome guests to take personal photos within the venue, professional photography is not permitted. If you wish to carry out a professional photoshoot, please contact our team at info@florattica.com.

Minimum Spend

Please note, a card authorisation is required to secure your booking.

Indoor Bookings: Sunday to Wednesday no minimum spend | Thursday, Friday & Saturday £25 per person

Terrace Bookings: Sunday to Wednesday £25 per person | Thursday to Saturday £35 per person

Weather Conditions & Terrace Bookings

Please be aware that when opting for outdoor seating, this is weather permitting, and we can not guarantee that we can accommodate you indoors in the event of extreme weather conditions and the bar is full.

Food

Please note our kitchen closes at:

10:00pm Monday to Thursday

10:30pm Friday and Saturday

9:30pm Sunday

Last seating for dining is 30 minutes before closing time.

Booking Duration

To allow a smooth flow of service, time slots are as follows:

– 2 hours for groups of up to 5 guests

– 2.5 hours for groups of 6 to 15 guests

If you’re running late, don’t worry, we’ll hold your table for 15 minutes past your reservation time. After that, we cannot guarantee availability, and your table may be released.

Reservations

All bookings are for food or drinks only.

If you do not have a reservation, kindly note that table allocation is not guaranteed and is subject to availability upon arrival. We will do our best to accommodate your request, but seating indoors or outdoors cannot be guaranteed.

Cancellation & Deposit Policy

  • Up to 5 guests: 48 hours’ notice required
  • 6–15 guests: 7 days’ notice required

Late cancellations or no-shows will incur the minimum spend per person charge – this a mount is shown on confirmation email.

Amendments within these windows require the minimum spend per person deposit, redeemable on the final bill. Bookings can be rescheduled once, within 4 weeks of the original date.
