Booking Duration

To allow a smooth flow of service, time slots are as follows:

• 2 hours for groups of up to 5 guests
• 2.5 hours for groups of 6 to 15 guests

If you’re running late, don’t worry, we’ll hold your table for 15 minutes past your reservation time. After that, we cannot guarantee availability, and your table may be released.

Reservations

All bookings are for food or drinks only.

If you do not have a reservation, kindly note that table allocation is not guaranteed and is subject to availability upon arrival. We will do our best to accommodate your request, but seating indoors or outdoors cannot be guaranteed.

Cancellation & Deposit Policy

Groups of up to 5 guests:

• Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours in advance to avoid a £25 per person cancellation charge.
• The same charge applies for no-shows.
• Amendments within 48 hours of the reservation are possible by contacting us directly. In such cases, a non-refundable deposit of £25 per person will be required, which will be redeemed against your final bill. Please bear aware that we are able to reschedule your booking only once, and the new date must fall within 4 weeks of the original reservation.

Groups of 6 to 15 guests

• Cancellations must be made at least 7 days in advance to avoid a £25 per person cancellation charge.
• The same charge applies for no-shows.
• Amendments within 7 days of the reservation are possible by contacting us. A non-refundable deposit of £25 per person will be required and is redeemable on the final bill. Please note that we are able to reschedule your booking only once, and the new date must fall within 4 weeks of the original reservation.

The minimum spend policy for groups indoors and outdoors also applies.
