Dress Code
Our dress code is smart casual. We ask that guests avoid overly revealing outfits, as our staff reserves the right to deny entry to those not meeting this standard. Please note that slippers and beach sliders are not permitted.
Smoking
Please note that the terrace is strictly non-smoking. We appreciate your cooperation in respecting this policy for everyone’s comfort.
Age Policy
We welcome children over the age of 12 until 6pm, after which Florattica becomes 18+ only. ID may be required.
Minimum Spend
Please note, a card authorisation is required to secure your booking.
Indoor Bookings:
Friday & Saturday £25 per person
Terrace Bookings:
Monday to Thursday £25 per person
Friday to Sunday £35 per person
Weather Conditions & Terrace Bookings
Please be aware that when opting for outdoor seating, this is weather permitting, and we can not guarantee that we can accommodate you indoors in the event of extreme weather conditions and the bar is full.
Food
Please note our kitchen closes at:
10:00pm Monday to Thursday
10:30pm Friday and Saturday
9:30pm Sunday
Last seating for dining is 30 minutes before closing time.
Booking Duration
To allow a smooth flow of service, time slots are as follows:
- 2 hours for groups of up to 5 guests
- 2.5 hours for groups of 6 to 15 guests
If you’re running late, don’t worry, we’ll hold your table for 15 minutes past your reservation time. After that, we cannot guarantee availability, and your table may be released.
Reservations
All bookings are for food or drinks only.
If you do not have a reservation, kindly note that table allocation is not guaranteed and is subject to availability upon arrival. We will do our best to accommodate your request, but seating indoors or outdoors cannot be guaranteed.
Cancellation & Deposit Policy
Groups of up to 5 guests:
- Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours in advance to avoid a £25 per person cancellation charge.
- The same charge applies for no-shows.
- Amendments within 48 hours of the reservation are possible by contacting us directly. In such cases, a non-refundable deposit of £25 per person will be required, which will be redeemed against your final bill. Please bear aware that we are able to reschedule your booking only once, and the new date must fall within 4 weeks of the original reservation.
Groups of 6 to 15 guests
- Cancellations must be made at least 7 days in advance to avoid a £25 per person cancellation charge.
- The same charge applies for no-shows.
- Amendments within 7 days of the reservation are possible by contacting us. A non-refundable deposit of £25 per person will be required and is redeemable on the final bill. Please note that we are able to reschedule your booking only once, and the new date must fall within 4 weeks of the original reservation.
The minimum spend policy for groups indoors and outdoors also applies.
