Ease into the weekend with our indulgent brunch menu. Begin with cured salmon and warm blinis or try the smoked tomato pesto with crispy sourdough crackers. Follow with our signature smoked salmon eggs Royale, served with rich hollandaise and a touch of piment d’Espelette.
